Refund Policy

C'BALEIGH is committed to excellent customer service. 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Please make sure that before you finalize your C'BALEIGH purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items.

Please do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return the item and receive a refund. Items sent to our location will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender.

 

DAMAGES/ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess any issue and correct it!


EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want and to be eligible for an exchange, you must first contact Client Services by email at info@cbaleighinc.com. The request must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order. Client Services will follow up via email Monday - Friday  9AM - 5pm (EST). Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Once you receive an approval exchange email, you now must return the item(s) at your own expense. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. Please ship the items in unworn, unaltered condition with all tags attached. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and proof of purchase. Please send you exchange to:
